My favorite property in San Marino. Absolutely perfect and excellent location for San Marino, next to the center of old town, a cafe / restaurant and the square. Outstanding food in the terrace restaurant in the vicinity. Complimentary breakfast, a great selection of meals.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay in the economy room with a fabulous view and bathroom. the location was convenient, only a 10-minute walk to downtown.

Hotel was directly in the sightseeing section of San Marino. Very clean, fare size room and bathroom. Nice restaurant with unbelievable view of San Marino and sunset.

Room was very noisy. Cars start driving at 6 am,there is noway anyone can sleep with that noise,also in till 8 people walking streets, you can't get any nap during day,it feels like people talking in your room.

Nice hotel! polite staff, spoken in Russian. San Marino... it's a little piece of heaven. I highly recommend the hotel. restaurant is very well fed.

During my three-week vacation, I had a really nice time here. the room I stayed in was great - I especially loved having a balcony to relax on. the bed was super comfy, which made my stay even better. Plus, there was air conditioning in the room, a lifesaver in the summer heat! 😊

We stayed at the Terrace Room, which has a beautiful terrace / balcony that overlooks the valley and city of San Marino. It was a fantastic room and view. The staff there were very friendly, except one German lady who worked at the reception = she was a bit rude and unfriendly. However, the other Receptionists were excellent and friendly. Overall we will definately stay there if we ever go to San Marino again.

There is a German Receptionist, (there are other receptionists too) who was very rude, and unprofessional....... However, she was only there for our first day, of Check-in. Fortunately her shift ended over night, and I didn't have to see her again for the remainder of our stay. The other receptionists were excellent, and friendly. No other complaints.

Good place in wonderful country

Had an outstanding breakfast. The location was excellent - really close to the restaurant and the access to the rooms, all sightseeing spots, and the historic centre.- The room was brand-new with a magical view over the castle.- Located next to the main square of the historical center.

The hotel is very good located.

The bathroom was too small. The water stream from the shower was very weak. There was a poor breakfast without hot dishes and fruits. Waiter persistently offered us free seats in the somebody's else table. Hotel workers were very loud early in the morning. So, the hotel was hardly 3 stars. It was looking much better 4 years ago. We regret choosing this hotel as a place to stay.

we had to park the car far from the hotel, since the hotel is located in restricted area, even if on booking it was written there was parking lot available. I didn't know if I could enter the restricted area, being guest of the hotel.
